Ian Blaney

Ian Blaney is Stores and Logistics Manager for the Sainsbury Wellcome Centre. He oversees purchasing and procurement for the research 
and administrative activities, including import and export clearance documentation, invoicing issues, store facility, medical gas and LN2.  
Ian also manages the recycling, hazardous and general waste disposal, vehicular access and visiting contractors to the Centre.

With 18 years of experience dealing with laboratory equipment and consumables in addition to UCL systems, administration and its 
suppliers, Ian is able to support staff, researchers and students in achieving the requirements to fulfil their roles in the Sainsbury Wellcome Centre.
